LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a National Account Manager to retain and grow an established book of business within the Communications, Mobile & Media industry. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, and drive adoption of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and services.

You will develop account plans, understand customer needs, and partner with internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support positive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in Telecom or related industry.
• Experience managing and growing an existing book of business.
• Strong customer relationship management and account planning skills.
• Experience identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Telecommunications, Cable, and Streaming accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to identify revenue opportunities and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple levels of customer organizations.
• Forecast sales accurately and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to expand LNRS products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
