Ground Masters Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead high-level national account sales for new business and opportunities with existing accounts as assigned.

You will report to the Chief Customer Officer and travel regularly across the United States to meet clients and win opportunities. You will develop new national account leads, manage pipelines, prepare bids and RFPs, deliver high‑level presentations, and maintain strong relationships with

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Hands-on sales experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assume direct sales responsibility at the national account level.
• Develop national account leads through prospecting and pipeline management.
• Understand customer needs and position Ground Masters services accordingly.
• Create high-level presentations for national opportunities and assist in bids/RFPs.
• Meet or exceed client revenue targets with assigned national accounts.
• Travel regularly across the U.S. to meet clients.
