Job summary

GroundMasters Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the assigned geography. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and develop strategies to expand market share and revenue.

You will leverage market research, lead generation, and persuasive proposals to win new accounts and transition clients to Account Managers for ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Diverse sales experience across commercial accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data to target opportunities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial business within assigned geography.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet GroundMasters goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to update sales tools and collateral.
• Present bids and RFPs, and manage pricing discussions.
• Pursue leads using ZoomInfo, CoStar and other research tools.
• Maintain and manage CRM pipeline (Salesforce) daily.
