Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program and deliver high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business.

The role acts as a customer advocate and internal liaison, coordinating follow-up, documenting interactions, and supporting initiatives that strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction across the WM network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience required beyond education.

Responsibilities

• Assist NAM and PM with execution of new program initiatives including renewals, growth, acquisitions and service enhancements.
• Serve as customer experience liaison, document interactions and coordinate follow-up in Salesforce.
• Provide reports, escalations and training support to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
