Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or government contracting.
• Experience supporting sales quoting activities, including developing customer quotations and coordinating submissions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal owner and administrator of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
• Manage preparation, review, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, bids, and quotations.
• Review solicitation requirements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Request, evaluate, and validate vendor quotes, pricing, product availability, and lead times.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations ensuring margin and pricing requirements.
• Monitor NASA SEWP and other contract portals for opportunities and updates.
• Collaborate across departments to gather content and documentation for submissions.
• Proofread proposals for accuracy, formatting, and branding; ensure compliance.
• Support contract administration activities including agreements, insurance, bonding, and related docs.
• Track contract statuses, milestones, and deadlines; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Provide general sales support and perform other admin duties.
