The ideal candidate combines government contracting knowledge with strong organizational and inside sales experience, supporting the sales team to win business and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, contracts, or proposal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication.
• Proficient with Excel and Office suite.
• Experience with OEMs and distributors.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage GST's NASA SEWP VI contract as internal owner.
• Review RFQs, coordinate pricing, vendor quotes, and prepare quotations.
• Support sales by coordinating resources and order processing after award.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, sales, and partners.
• Maintain reporting for quote pipeline, win/loss, and contract utilization.
