Golden Star Technology (GST) seeks a detail-oriented SEWP Federal Government Program Coordinator to support and manage GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle, serving as the central point for opportunities, RFQs, quotes, and contract compliance.

The role blends inside sales, government contracting, and cross-functional coordination, requiring strong Excel and CRM experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to support the sales team in winning SEWP opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, contracts, or proposal experience.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• SEWP Contract Administration: internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract.
• Review RFQs and determine required actions.
• Monitor SEWP portals and contract communications.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP ordering requirements.
• Maintain contract documentation and coordinate updates.
• Stay current on SEWP policies and procedures.
• Quote management: review RFQs for completeness.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors.
• Prepare customer quotations and verify lead times.
• Review margins and pricing before submission.
• Ensure quotes meet customer deadlines.
• Sales support: partner with Federal Account Executives.
• Assist with product selection and coordinate engineering resources.
• Prepare proposal documentation and track quote status.
• Follow up with vendors on pricing.
• Assist with order processing after award.
