Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) seeks a Federal Government Contract Coordinator to support NASA SEWP contracts, review RFQs, obtain vendor pricing, and develop accurate quotes for federal customers. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant responses in a fast-paced government sales environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in federal contracting or procurement, strong proposal development skills, and experience with OEM pricing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience with federal contracts.
• Experience preparing quotes, proposals, bids, and RFQ responses.
• Strong understanding of government purchasing processes and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests for timely, accurate responses.
• Obtain pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs and distributors.
• Build, price, and submit quotations and proposals for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Executives and cross-functional teams to grow opportunities.
