Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. is seeking a Contracts & Program Coordinator to support NASA SEWP VI program activities, including reviewing RFQs, bids, and pricing, and submitting accurate quotes to federal customers.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, ensuring compliance with FAR and SEWP guidelines, and delivering timely, competitive responses in a fast-paced public sector sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience with federal contracting.
• Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and RFQ responses for government customers.
• Knowledge of SEWP, FAR, and government procurement processes.
• Experience with vendor pricing and coordinating with OEMs/distributors.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests to prepare accurate responses.
• Obtain pricing, lead times, and availability from OEMs and vendors.
• Build and submit quotations, proposals, and contract submissions.
• Support quote-to-order process and manage opportunity pipeline.
• Maintain contract records and reporting in CRM/CPQ systems.
