Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, CA, is seeking an organized RFP Coordinator to manage GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle, oversee proposal development, quotation management, and related contract administration.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations and vendors to gather content, ensure accuracy and compliance, proofread proposals, and track milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal coordination or government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
• Prepare, review, and submit RFPs, RFQs, bids, and quotations.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Verify vendor quotes, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations with margins.
• Monitor NASA SEWP and other contract portals for opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations and vendors to gather content.
• Proofread proposals for accuracy, formatting, branding, and compliance.
• Track contract statuses and milestones, and update stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and quotations.
