Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a detail‑oriented SEWP Program Coordinator to support GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle, review RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and bid requests, and develop accurate quotes and proposals for federal customers.

The role requires experience with federal contracting, program coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure compliant, timely responses in a fast‑paced public sector environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside/outside sales with government contracts.
• Experience reviewing RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and bid responses.
• Familiarity with FAR and federal procurement processes.
• Experience with pricing, quotes, and vendor pricing programs.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review customer RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and bid requests for timely responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, product availability, and lead times from vendors.
• Build, price, and submit quotes and proposals for federal customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process from qualification to order handoff.
• Ensure compliance with SEWP contract requirements and government guidelines.
• Collaborate with Federal Account Execs to support sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales teams.
• Track quote activity, pipeline metrics, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records and reporting in CRM/CPQ systems.
