The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in proposal coordination or government contracting, inside sales experience, and strong MS Office, CRM, and pricing coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in proposal coordination or government contracting.
• Inside sales experience and ability to quote customer proposals.
• Strong organization, detail-orientation, and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
• Manage preparation, review, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, bids.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers, distributors, and partners.
• Gather and validate vendor quotes, pricing, product availability, and lead times.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations ensuring margins and pricing requirements are met.
• Track contract statuses and key deadlines with stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and related documentation.
• Ensure proposals meet accuracy, formatting, branding, and compliance.
