Golden Star Technology Inc. in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Federal Government Contract Coordinator to manage NASA SEWP quotes and contract submissions.

You will review RFQs, obtain pricing, and develop accurate quotes for federal customers in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires experience with federal contracting, proposal development, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant responses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside or outside sales with direct customer engagement.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.
• Experience preparing and managing quotes, proposals, bids, and RFQ responses.
• Strong understanding of government purchasing processes and contract compliance requirements.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities supporting GST's NASA SEWP contract vehicle.
• Review customer RFQs, RFPs, and bid requests for accurate, complete, and timely responses.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing, product availability, and lead times from OEMs, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Build, price, and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation for federal government customers.
• Support the full quote-to-order process, including opportunity qualification, quote development, proposal submission, and order handoff.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal procurement guidelines, and company policies.
• Partner with Federal Account Executives to support sales opportunities, customer requests, and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales teams to develop competitive and compliant solutions.
• Track quote activity, sales pipeline metrics, contract utilization, and proposal status.
• Maintain contract records, customer documentation, and reporting within CRM, ERP, CPQ, and quote management systems.
