Repligen Corporation is seeking a Manager Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across North America. The role focuses on operational excellence, safety, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while partnering with engineering, quality, and product teams.

5 years operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
Ensure health and safety of the team, colleagues and customers.
Coach and develop direct reports and manage career progression.
Drive customer satisfaction and swift resolution of complaints.
Execute on service readiness for new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
Achieve service revenue and profitability targets and provide forecasts.
