Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist the public with motor vehicle services at a Glendale field office. You will process credentials, handle licensing and titles, and perform related duties in compliance with ADOT rules and statutes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer care, and security, with tasks ranging from data entry to fee collection and document verification, supporting efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT/MVD rules, regulations and procedures.
• Ability to deliver customer service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work with accuracy and security.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for vehicle records.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections as required.
• Capture customer information for credential eligibility and issuance.
• Identify process gaps and participate in continuous improvement.
