Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation is hiring a Customer Service Representative at the Show Low MVD office to assist the public with licensing, titling, testing and permits. The role emphasizes accuracy, security and adherence to ADOT policies and statutes.

Two levels (CSR 1 and CSR 3) offer entry and progressed responsibilities with 1 year MVD experience or training completion; includes data entry, fee processing and customer support in a local field office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT/MVD rules, regulations, processes and procedures.
• Ability to apply customer service principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work including examining documents for accuracy, validity and security.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for vehicle or credential records; data entry and review.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections; capture photo, signature and application information.
• Determine, collect and evaluate fees; use general accounting procedures; protect PII.
