Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicle Division office in Surprise seeks Customer Service Representatives to assist the public with licensing, titling, testing and permits. Emphasis on timeliness, accuracy, security, and adherence to statutes and policies.

Role includes data entry and paper/record management in a local MVD field office. CSR 3 adds one year of MVD experience (or completed training with performance standards).

Qualifications

• KSAs include knowledge of ADOT/MVD rules and customer service best practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and enter data accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to processes and maintain security of PII.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work; exam documents for accuracy and security.
• Answer questions and provide customer service for vehicle records; data entry.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections; capture photos and signatures.
• Determine and collect fees; balance accounts and protect personal information.
