Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles.
• Ability to learn ADOT/MVD rules and procedures.
• Strong data entry and accuracy.
• Ability to balance accounts and handle fees.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work including document review.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for records.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections.
• Capture photo, signature, and application information.
• Determine and collect fees; balance accounts.
• Protect personal identity information (PII).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
