We are looking for an agent who will deliver exceptional service to our clients by locating the most competitive insurance options and providing thorough education on available coverage. Each agent is responsible for ensuring every client receives personalized insurance shopping through our extensive marketplace of over 70 carriers across the United States.

• Build and maintain a monthly pipeline of prospects through proactive prospecting and follow‑up.
• Discuss insurance options with clients and use carrier systems to find the best coverage and price.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics such as cross‑selling, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Operate within a call‑center style workflow and collaborate with a team that supports one another.

• Sales mindset & incentive‑based thinking to earn performance and merit‑based bonuses.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Insurance background or licensing NOT REQUIRED.
• Sales experience, drive, attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline tool such as Salesforce.
• Hybrid schedule: able to work in the office 2–3 days a week.

Full‑time position, OTE $65,000–$145,000 per year.
