Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT/MVD rules and procedures.
• Strong customer service principles and problem solving.
• Typing and data-entry accuracy.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes.
• PC proficiency and office software.
• Experience with MVD software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work with accuracy and security.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for vehicle/credential records.
• Data entry and maintenance of system records.
• Administer testing and VIN validation.
• Capture photos, signatures, and application information.
• Determine and collect fees; balance accounts.
• Participate in process-improvement activities.
