Job summary

DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 & 3 to assist the public with motor vehicle services, including licensing, titling, testing, and permits at a local MVD field office. The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and adherence to ADOT/MVD rules and policies.

CSR 3 requires one year of MVD experience or completion of training with performance standards. The position supports process improvements and works with a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT / MVD rules, regulations, processes and procedures.
• Ability to execute customer service principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work including examining documents for accuracy and security.
• Answer customer questions and provide service for vehicle/credential records.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections including VIN validation.
• Capture customer information for credential eligibility/issuance.
• Determine, collect and evaluate fees and protect personal information.
