Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration seeks Customer Service Representatives for the Show Low MVD office to assist licensing, titling, testing, and permits. You will review documents for accuracy, handle data entry, and support customer service in a public-facing state office.

CSR1 is entry-level with training; CSR3 requires one year of MVD experience or successful completion of training with strong performance. Emphasis on accuracy, security, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADOT / MVD rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Verbal and written communication with a customer centric focus; typing proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work conditions; stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process credentials and title work with accuracy, validity, and security per ADOT/MVD rules.
• Answer customer questions and provide front-line service for vehicle records; data entry and review.
• Administer testing and conduct level 1 vehicle inspections; capture photos and signatures.
• Determine, collect, and balance fees using general accounting practices; protect PII.
