Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Specialist for Medium Voltage Switchgear in the Americas. The role drives commercial execution, growth, and profitability of MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear across the Americas, partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Global Business Unit to advance regional priorities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, sales, or related role.
• Experience with MV GIS and metal-clad switchgear preferred.
• Knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEC, UL MV electrical standards preferred.
• Strong business acumen with pricing, margins, forecasting and commercial execution.
• Fluent written and verbal English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Smartsheet, CRM/CPQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Support MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear business performance by tracking pipeline, orders, sales, forecast, margins, and demand.
• Assist Sales with opportunities, quotations, pricing, competitive positioning, and business cases.
• Monitor pricing and profitability including cost-out initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Demand Planning to align demand and capacity.
• Support major opportunity reviews including pricing approvals and capacity validation.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering to support technically compliant MV solutions.
• Analyze MV market trends, customer requirements, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Gather Voice of Customer and regional needs to inform product priorities and roadmaps.
• Assist with new MV product launches, pricing, sales enablement, documentation, and quoting readiness.
• Prepare product-line reviews addressing commercial, profitability and execution risks.
