Vertiv seeks a Regional Business Specialist - MV Switchgear to drive commercial execution for MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear across the Americas. You will analyze pipeline, orders, sales, forecast, pricing, and margins while partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to align on regional priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business operations, sales, application engineering, or related technical/commercial role.
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution equipment, GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear preferred.
• Knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEC, UL MV standards preferred.
• Strong business acumen with pricing, margins, forecasting, pipeline, and commercial execution.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.

Responsabilidades

• Support MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear business performance by tracking pipeline, orders, sales, forecast, margins, and demand.
• Assist Sales with customer opportunities, quotations, pricing, competitive positioning, and business cases.
• Monitor pricing and profitability including VCM, product costs, VAVE, and cost-out initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning to align demand, capacity, and delivery.
• Support major opportunity reviews with pricing approvals, capacity validation, and commercial follow-up.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support technically compliant, competitive MV solutions.
• Analyze MV market trends, customer requirements, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
• Collect Voice of Customer and regional needs to inform product priorities and roadmap.
