Job summary

Vertiv, a leader in power distribution solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Specialist for MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear in the Americas. You will drive commercial execution, grow profitability, and support regional market priorities across Sales, Finance, Operations, and the Global Business Unit.

You will analyze pipeline, orders, sales, and forecast, collaborate on pricing, margins, and demand, and support new product commercialization and regional market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, business operations, sales, or related technical/commercial role.
• Experience with MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear preferred.
• Knowledge of MV electrical standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEC, UL) preferred.
• Strong business acumen with pricing, margins, forecasting, pipeline, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support business performance for MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear by tracking pipeline, orders, sales, forecast, margins, and demand.
• Assist Sales with customer opportunities, quotations, pricing, competitive positioning, and business cases.
• Monitor pricing and profitability, including VCM, product costs, VAVE, and cost-out initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning to align demand with manufacturing capacity and delivery requirements.
• Support major opportunity reviews, including pricing approvals, capacity validation, and business cases.
