Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in product management, business operations, sales, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Support MV GIS and Metal-Clad Switchgear performance across the Americas.
• Assist Sales with opportunities, quotations, pricing, and business cases.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and cost-out initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning on demand and capacity.
• Support opportunity reviews, pricing approvals, and commercial follow-up.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support MV solutions.
• Analyze MV market trends and customer requirements.
• Capture Voice of Customer for product priorities and roadmaps.
• Support new MV product launches and quoting readiness.
• Prepare product-line business reviews addressing risks.
