Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to develop procurement strategies across multiple categories, aligning with project cost, quality and schedule goals. You will lead subject matter experts to implement new processes and drive savings.

The role focuses on achieving best cost, improving efficiency from estimate to contract close-out, and building broad networks inside and outside the organization. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across categories.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and risk management plans.
• Identify gaps and implement action plans to remediate.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capacity to drive savings and efficiency.
