Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring a Procurement Category Manager in Florida to lead category strategies, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional teams. You will drive cost savings, process improvements, and compliance across projects.

The role requires 7–10 years in procurement or related fields, with strong analytical and leadership skills, and a drive to deliver best total cost of ownership. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in procurement, contract management, project management or related role.
• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating project management plans with scope, cost estimates, schedules and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership.
• Assess work streams for consolidation opportunities and best practice processes.
• Monitor global supply market for pricing, capacity and trends.
• Pursue category management strategy to win competitive advantage.
• Develop metrics to monitor responsibilities and drive improvements.
• Challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices.
• Develop innovative solutions and manage organizational readiness changes.
• Build networks inside and outside the organization.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
