Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals for cost, quality, and schedule.

You will lead teams of SMEs to deliver value across Supply Chain and ensure best-cost outcomes for Rosendin’s diverse projects. The role focuses on driving savings, improving procurement efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions while maintaining safety and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply management or related field required.
• CPM or CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership across categories.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement procurement processes and initiatives.
• Monitor global supply market trends to anticipate pricing, capacity, and risk; drive savings and efficiency.
• Negotiate master agreements with key suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Create and implement KPIs to measure category performance and area of responsibility.
