You will lead teams of subject matter experts to deliver added value from estimate to contract close-out, driving best cost through efficiency gains. The role focuses on achieving savings while improving procurement processes, supplier relationships, and category performance across Rosendin’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in procurement, contract management, project management, or related role.
• Experience developing procurement category strategies.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Address priorities including performance, safety, and compliance.
• Assess consolidation opportunities across work streams.
• Monitor market pricing, supplier capacity and industry news.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
• Develop and implement metrics to monitor performance and gaps.
