Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in procurement, contract management or related field.
• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience creating project management plans including scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with strong process-thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to achieve financial value-add and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Assess work streams for consolidation opportunities and evaluate processes for best practice.
• Monitor global supply market for pricing trends, capacity and supplier news.
• Advance category management to position Rosendin as a market leader.
• Develop metrics to monitor performance and identify gaps.
• Challenge procurement, estimating and cost-tracking practices to improve results.
• Create innovative solutions and manage organizational readiness during change.
• Build networks across the organization and external partners.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
• Perform cost analyses and set benchmarks for suppliers and commodities.
• Maintain a safety-conscious environment following safety protocols.
