Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Procurement Category Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple categories, lead SME teams, and drive best-cost outcomes from estimate to contract close-out.

This role focuses on cost reduction, quality, and schedule alignment with project objectives. You will build supplier networks, negotiate master agreements, and monitor KPI performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPM or CPSM certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in procurement, contract management, project management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies and achieve value, TCO reductions, and alignment with project goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and implement procurement processes.
• Negotiate master agreements and monitor supplier performance against KPIs.
• Drive cost savings, quality, and schedule improvements across categories.
• Build supplier networks and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex procurement issues.
