Job summary

School of Rock is seeking a Part-Time Studio Coordinator to support daily operations at the studio, including opening/closing, scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service to students and families.

The role involves greeting students, coordinating tours, enrolling new students, and assisting with marketing and events while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Prior front desk or receptionist experience and an interest in music are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience or interest in working with children.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: opening/closing, attendance, clean environment.
• Manage phone/email communication with scheduling software and CRM platforms.
• Provide top-quality customer service to students and parents.
• Oversee safety policies and Code of Conduct for a safe experience.
• Lead school tours and enroll new students to support growth.
• Assist marketing efforts and maintain social media presence.
• Support the General Manager with special projects.
