School of Rock Wake Forest is seeking a Studio Coordinator to act as the administrative hub of the school. You will welcome students and families, handle inquiries, schedule activities, and support daily operations to create an exceptional student experience.

The role requires spending time on front-desk duties, coordinating communications, and assisting with marketing and events to help grow enrollment and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in front desk, reception, or customer service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, including opening/closing and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Handle scheduling and manage phone/email communications using various platforms.
• Deliver top-quality customer service to students, families and prospective customers.
• Ensure safety policies are understood and followed.
• Lead tours, discuss the program with families, and enroll new students.
• Assist marketing by promoting events and maintaining social media presence.
• Support the General Manager with special projects and admin tasks.
