School of Rock Wake Forest is seeking a Studio Coordinator to act as the administrative focal point, delivering outstanding customer service and helping run the school.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage scheduling, greet families, lead tours, promote events, and support growth while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment. This on-site role requires 2+ years in front desk or customer service, strong communication, and a passion for music education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with children and education environments preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations including opening/closing and attendance monitoring.
• Manage phone and email communications using multiple software platforms.
• Greet students and parents, answer questions, resolve concerns.
• Ensure safety by following conduct and safety policies.
• Lead tours and enroll new students to support growth.
• Assist with marketing and social media presence.
• Support the General Manager with special projects and admin tasks.
