School of Rock in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support daily operations, manage scheduling, and deliver outstanding customer service to students and families. You will handle communications, tours, enrollment, and marketing support in a busy music school environment.

The role emphasizes multi-tasking, professionalism, and a passion for music education, with opportunities to grow within the organization and participate in employee benefit programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception or customer service
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Experience and interest in working with children
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities
• Strong communication, both verbal and written
• Polished demeanor and professional integrity
• Knowledge of music or the music industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening/closing the school, attendance monitoring and maintaining a clean, professional environment
• Manage scheduling and handle phone and email communications using multiple platforms including scheduling software, Google Workspace, HubSpot and Canva
• Provide top-quality customer service to greet students and parents, answer questions and resolve concerns
• Ensure a safe student experience by enforcing the Code of Conduct and safety policies
• Lead school tours and enroll new students to support school growth
• Assist in marketing by promoting events and maintaining social media presence
• Support the General Manager with special projects and various administrative tasks
