School of Rock Syosset/Oyster Bay is seeking a Studio Coordinator to be the administrative focal point for the location. You will support daily operations, manage scheduling, greet families, and oversee safety to ensure an exceptional student experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience with children, teens, and parents/guardians.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Team player with positive energy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of music or the music industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the school and monitor attendance and cleanliness.
• Handle scheduling and manage calls/emails across platforms.
• Provide top-quality customer service to students and families.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and Code of Conduct is observed.
• Lead tours and enroll new students to support growth.
• Assist GM with special projects and admin tasks.
• Support marketing and events with social media presence.
