Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a part-time music school admin to serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A successful office manager will be a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk; promote and maintain the school’s positive culture, create loyal customers, and help enhance the reputation of the school.

Schedule includes Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1 PM and Tuesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM (approx.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, or customer service (arts/education a plus).
• Passion for music and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding enrollment, scheduling, and other requests for information.
• Processing enrollments
• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Building strong relationships with families and teachers
• Assuring all facilities are properly stocked and teachers are fully supported with any necessary equipment/materials
