Ensemble Schools, Brill Music Academy in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a professional front-desk administrator to be the primary contact for students, families, and teachers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming, music-loving environment.

The part-time schedule runs Tuesday–Friday 2 pm–8 pm and Saturdays 10 am–3 pm (about 25–30 hours weekly). Pay is $18 per hour, with a 401(k) employer match after 30 days and health benefits available to all staff.

Formación

• Experience in front-desk or receptionist roles preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and enrollments accurately.
• Interest or background in music education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet students arriving for lessons and keep teachers on schedule.
• Respond to scheduling-related calls and emails from students and families.
• Process enrollments and assist with sales-related tasks.
• Interface with teachers to help manage student schedules.
