Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a full-time administrative staff member to help administer Melody Academy of Music locations in Fremont and Cupertino, CA. You will be the primary contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with 30–35 hours per week Monday–Friday, primarily afternoons and evenings.

The role includes greeting students, handling scheduling inquiries, processing enrollments, and coordinating with teachers.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or school administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in music education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and ensure teachers stay on schedule.
• Answer scheduling calls and emails from students and families.
• Process enrollments and manage related paperwork.
• Coordinate with teachers to manage student schedules.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
