Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will operate building systems, deliver quality workmanship, and support our mission of exemplary resident service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, with on-call duties and timely completion of resident-requested tasks. Proficiency with Yardi Mobile is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related maintenance experience.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and appliances in a multi-family community.
• Perform installations, service, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Respond to on-call requests and complete resident work orders within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate service records using Yardi Mobile.
