Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs across multifamily communities. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance tasks, ensuring quality homes and resident satisfaction.

You must have basic trades knowledge, able to use tools, and communicate effectively with staff and residents. On-call and regional travel may be required, with a focus on safety and efficient service.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Ability to use small hand and power tools safely.
• Good communication with coworkers, managers, vendors, and residents.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Apply skills in two or more trades to ensure quality homes and communities.
• Complete repairs in vacant homes and common areas per LMH standards.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Maintain/update service requests in Yardi Mobile until completed and closed.
• Follow safety regulations and LMH policies.
• Travel to regional locations as needed.
