Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and appliances, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include completing resident-requested work within 24 hours, on-call duties, and using Yardi for work order updates. Valid license and ability to travel to regional locations are required.

Qualifications

Two or more years related experience.
Proficient in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicle.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, and grounds.
Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and site-wide upkeep.
Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
Maintain and update work orders in the CMMS system (e.g., Yardi).
Ensure safety and compliance with LMH SOPs and OSHA regulations.
