Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will operate building systems, communicate effectively, and uphold quality and safety standards to deliver exemplary service.

Two+ years of related experience are required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred. The role includes on-call duties, 24-hour response, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Perform on-call service requests and emergency calls.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
