Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi‑family community. You will service building systems, communicate effectively, and uphold our standards of quality and safety while delivering exemplary resident service.

The role requires two+ years of related experience, trades in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related tasks, and a valid driver’s license. On‑call availability and mobility across locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related maintenance experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Certifications in HVAC and EPA preferred.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
• Work on two or more trades to maintain quality homes and community.
• Complete maintenance tasks in homes, common areas, and grounds.
• Handle on-call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
