Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair a multi-family community. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and appliance systems, delivering quality work per LMH standards.

The role requires communicating well with residents and teams, traveling to properties, and on-call availability. Safety and regulatory compliance are emphasized throughout the job functions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting or appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances.
• Perform installations, service repairs and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours.
