Job summary

The Rudolph Libbe Group, based in Walbridge, Ohio, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. This role manages in-house payroll processing, tax filings, and year-end W-2 reporting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will handle multistate payroll tax reporting, set up new state jurisdictions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payroll cycles in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of eCMS/payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma required; business degree preferred.
• Construction industry payroll tax knowledge.
• In-house payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LCPtracker and Elations software

Responsibilities

• Complete federal, state, and local tax reports and process payments
• Knowledge of prevailing wage reporting
• Assist with year‑end W-2 reporting
• Balance payroll tax filings to the general ledger
• Assist in setting up new states and municipality jurisdictions as needed
