You will handle multistate payroll tax reporting, set up new state jurisdictions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payroll cycles in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of eCMS/payroll processing experience.
• High school diploma required; business degree preferred.
• Construction industry payroll tax knowledge.
• In-house payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LCPtracker and Elations software

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator must be proficient in all tasks necessary to process taxes for in‑house payroll accurately and timely.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete federal, state, and local tax reports and process payments
• Knowledge of prevailing wage reporting
• Assist with year‑end W-2 reporting
• Balance payroll tax filings to the general ledger
• Assist in setting up new states and municipality jurisdictions as needed

Skills

• Experience with multistate payroll tax reporting
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger set up in payroll records
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Education/Experience

• 3‑5 years of eCMS/payroll processing experience
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, a business degree is desired
• Construction industry experience in depth knowledge of Payroll taxes
• Experience within house payroll processing
• Knowledge of LCPtracker and Elations software
