Job summary

RAM Construction Services, a longstanding contractor in waterproofing and restoration, seeks a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations for a multi-state workforce across Michigan, Ohio and Minnesota. The role processes weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, administers union requirements, and ensures compliance with CBAs and prevailing wage rules.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with union payroll, prevailing wages, certified payroll, and Davis-Bacon requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio office personnel, reviewing timesheets, job codes, allowances, and reimbursements.
• Handle multi-state union fringe contributions, including calculations and remittances.
• Maintain and update union wage rates, classifications, fringe benefits, and rate tables.
