Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multi-state operations. The role supports day-to-day payroll tasks, audits, and data integrity in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will handle earnings, deductions, garnishments, tax setups, and related reporting, with opportunities for process improvement and career growth within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years payroll experience (multi-state preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process bi weekly/weekly payroll with high accuracy.
• Audit hires, terminations, LOA changes for pay impact.
• Validate tax setups, SIT/SUI configurations, and reciprocity rules.
• Audit large pay categories (overtime, shift differentials, incentives).
• Review timecards, pay codes, adjustments, and earnings calculations.
• Perform pre/post payroll audits to ensure accuracy.
